Website Trust Monitor

Terms of Service

Website Trust Monitor is a SaaS subscription service for website trust and security monitoring. These terms explain how the service may be used during the MVP stage.

Service description

Website Trust Monitor provides website trust and security monitoring features, including scan results, monitoring status, alerts, and billing-controlled access to plan features.

The service is designed to help users review SSL, HTTPS, availability, DNS, security headers, and email-auth signals. It is not a penetration testing service and it does not promise detection of every security issue.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your login details private, and using the service only for websites you are authorized to review or monitor.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are subscription-based and may include different limits for monitored sites, alerts, and history access. Billing is handled through Paddle for supported checkout flows.

You can review plan options from the Pricing page. Cancellation and other billing controls may depend on the current billing integration state shown in your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Website Trust Monitor to abuse third-party systems, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or submit websites that you do not have permission to manage or review.

No guarantee of complete security

Website Trust Monitor provides useful trust and security signals, but it does not guarantee complete security, uninterrupted availability, or detection of all configuration, hosting, application, or infrastructure issues.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Website Trust Monitor is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, service interruptions, or indirect damages related to use of the service.
